Hello and welcome! I'm Felicia, your partner in navigating the twists and turns of life's rollercoaster. As a therapist specializing in burnout, stress, and anxiety, I'm here to help you reclaim your peace and together create an environment that encourages open dialogue, self-reflection, and most importantly, healing.

My counseling style can be described as warm, empathetic, and goal-oriented. I utilize a cognitive behavioral approach and prioritize collaboration and psychoeducation. In working through stress and anxiety I will work with you on mindfulness and relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, meditation, and progressive muscle relaxation.

You can expect to leave my sessions having a deeper understanding of your triggers and stressors, allowing you to identify and address underlying causes of your stress and anxiety. You will gain enhanced emotional regulation, improved coping strategies, strengthened boundaries, and a sense of empowerment.

Outside of the virtual therapy room, I enjoy yoga, exercise, taking a long walk outside, or finding a new book or hobby to embark on. Because just like you, I understand the importance of finding joy and balance in life. Let's embark on this journey toward well-being together.
